As Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project, working closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating engineering activities on site
- Setting out, quality control, and technical compliance
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and RAMS
- Supervising and mentoring Site Engineers and subcontractors
- Liaising with design teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensuring all works comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on major construction or infrastructure projects
- Background with a main contractor (Tier 1 experience desirable)
- Strong setting-out and technical knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on defence, MOD, or secure-site projects is advantageous
- Eligible to work on a secure RAF site (security clearance support available if required)
