We are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee multiple live construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing 3-4 live projects simultaneously, with individual project values ranging from 50,000 to 100,000. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee 3-4 concurrent construction projects.
- Plan, programme, and coordinate works to meet project deadlines.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, and cost control.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
