Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Managers for a large major consultancy providing commercial teams to various major projects in water, road, rail, utilities, renewables and nuclear. Abundant ongoing work in the Oxford area. We urgently have ongoing requirements for permanent Senior QS's and Commercial Managers for various types of projects within one hour of Oxfordshire where they have several clients across various sectors mainly Water, Highways, Rail and Renewables.

They have three divisions, which you can work across or learn new skills from or specialise:

  • Pre Contract
    • Supporting clients and contractors through procurement of major projects. Example projects:
    • Engaged on project for Thames Water (£6bn).
    • Engaged River Thames Scheme for Environment Agency (£500m).
    • Engaged by various clients to undertake procurement exercises to mobilise contractors for civils and infrastructure projects.
    • Advised on various major projects across the UK (energy).
  • Post Contract
    • A large team of QS's and commercial managers engaged on various road and highways infrastructure projects across England.
    • QS's and project managers working on various solar farm and battery storage.
    • A team of QS's and technical staff advising on a large nuclear project.
    • Personnel working on the new rail station programmes.
    • Personnel working on HS2.
    • Personnel working for contractors on various AMP8 water projects.
    • Various staff working for various entities on different Alliances.
  • Disputes
    • Act as party representative for adjudications.
    • Several expert witnesses working on adjudications, arbitrations, litigation in the UK.
