The company has a strong reputation for delivering public sector projects across the Midlands, with a growing pipeline of work. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing subcontractors and site operations * Coordinating the programme and site logistics * Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality * Working closely with the Project Manager, client and consultants * Managing site documentation, progress and snagging through to completion About You The ideal candidate will have previous Site Management experience with a main contractor, ideally delivering public sector projects such as schools, healthcare, education or local authority schemes. You should have strong communication and organisational skills, be confident managing subcontractors and have a proven track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required.
