Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Leicester.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for delivering two industrial construction projects simultaneously, with project values ranging up to £20 million. Supported by a wider commercial team, you will manage the financial performance of your projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
