Employment Lawyer - US Law firm

The team advises on the full spectrum of UK and European employment law matters, representing employers in workplace disputes and advising on the employment aspects of complex M&A transactions, both domestic and cross border.

Ideal candidates will be qualified in England and Wales with 4-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the London market (or a comparable common law jurisdiction). Candidates with different levels of experience will be considered based on merit.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong expertise in English employment law, including transactional work.

• Exceptional drafting and written communication skills.

• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

• The capability to manage high levels of responsibility, lead on complex matters, coordinate projects, and mentor junior colleagues.

• A strong academic background.
