We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established interior fit-out specialist with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality drylining, suspended ceilings, SFS, partitions and interior finishing packages across the commercial construction sector. With continued growth, a strong pipeline of secured work and long-standing relationships with leading main contractors and developers, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Drylining Estimator to strengthen its pre-construction team. This is an opportunity to join a financially stable contractor where quality, professionalism and long-term client relationships are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

As Drylining Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a range of commercial projects, working closely with the commercial and operational teams to secure profitable new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
  • Measure and price drylining, ceilings, partitions, SFS and associated interior packages.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
  • Obtain and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities where appropriate.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and the internal project delivery team.
