Our client is a leading landscaping contractor working with major residential housebuilders across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their grounds maintenance team based in Brownhills.
This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing a team of approximately six maintenance operatives responsible for the upkeep of external landscaped areas on residential developments. Duties will include managing day-to-day operations covering grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting maintenance, weed control and general grounds upkeep while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of maintenance operatives
- Plan and coordinate daily maintenance schedules
