Map Talent Group is recruiting a Design Manager for a major student accommodation development in Bath. The scheme will deliver 1050 bedspaces across multiple buildings, with en-suite clusters and townhouse-style units, plus communal areas and study spaces.
Working with a leading main contractor, you will coordinate the design team, manage information flow, resolve design challenges and ensure buildability, cost and programme targets are met through to 2028.
