The Customer We are partnering with a leading professional services organisation seeking an experienced debt recovery professional to join its established internal team.
This is a commercially focused position responsible for managing debt recovery matters, supporting the wider finance function and helping to drive effective recovery strategies across the business.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES 5 DAYS ON SITE.
Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of debt recovery matters from instruction through to resolution.
Recovering outstanding monies owed by customers in a timely and commercially pragmatic manner.
Providing advice and guidance on debt recovery strategies and processes.
Working closely with colleagues across the business to support the efficient management of aged debt.
Building effective relationships with key internal stakeholders and maintaining a visible presence within the wider organisation.
Supporting the finance function with debt-related matters and contributing to process improvements where appropriate.
Assisting with reporting, monitoring and ongoing management of debt recovery activities.
