The Customer
We are partnering with a leading professional services organisation seeking an experienced debt recovery professional to join its established internal team.
This is a commercially focused position responsible for managing debt recovery matters, supporting the wider finance function and helping to drive effective recovery strategies across the business.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES 5 DAYS ON SITE.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of debt recovery matters from instruction through to resolution.
- Recovering outstanding monies owed by customers in a timely and commercially pragmatic manner.
- Providing advice and guidance on debt recovery strategies and processes.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to support the efficient management of aged debt.
- Building effective relationships with key internal stakeholders and maintaining a visible presence within the wider organisation.
- Supporting the finance function with debt-related matters and contributing to process improvements where appropriate.
- Assisting with reporting, monitoring and ongoing management of debt recovery activities.
