Map Room is partnering with a growing insurance organisation to appoint an Operations Support professional to join their Operations function in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in operations, business support, process improvement, or business change within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate should enjoy enhancing processes, facilitating operational changes, and collaborating across different departments within the business.
The Role: You will support the smooth operation, improvement, and controlled delivery of operational processes across the organisation. This will involve working closely with the Operations, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting operational process improvements and change initiatives
- Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions
- Assisting with system and operational change rollouts
- Acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Assisting with testing, requirements gathering, and issue management
- Supporting operational governance and stakeholder communication
- Working across platforms, including Salesforce and Instanda
Key Experience Required:
- Experience in operations, business support, process improvement, or business change
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting operational change or system implementations
- Organised, proactive, and improvement-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM or policy administration systems is desirable
