Operations & Finance Manager
Location: Hybrid – London, UK

As a member of the team, you will support operational delivery and customer lifecycle management. We\’re currently on an exciting journey to automate all operations—and you\’ll be instrumental in helping bring that vision to life.
You’ll also work closely with the CFO on month-end activities and assist the COO in tracking and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to customer operations.
Once you are here, you will:
- Own the oversight of customer operations
- Coordinate new project onboarding operations
- Manage all customer onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage customer financials including customer quotes, billing, account statements, and invoice queries
- Act as the initial point of contact for all customer queries and own the oversight of query fulfilment in conjunction with your team
- Support the COO in monitoring and managing KPIs related to customer operations
- Own vendor purchase orders and billing
- Own the payment runs
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for external bookkeeping partners
- Assist with the management of the annual statutory audit
- Support the COO in delivering strategic goals including the delivery of end-to-end process automation
- Support the CFO in maintaining a monthly revenue and business forecast
- Support the CFO with month-end activities
Skills & Qualifications we need:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility and openness to embrace change
- Experience of working in a start-up or scale-up desirable
- Tact, trust and confidentiality
- Great communications skills – ability to work with our customers
- Ability to judge when policies & formal approaches are needed versus more appropriate solutions aligned with our culture
- Mature and smart – able to see the pros and cons of different approaches
