Map Room are looking to bring together a team to support them in an upcoming remediation project. We would therefore like to hear from experienced Recoveries and Collections Specialists who are available for potential contract work to commence within the next 30 days.
Are you an experienced specialist in Mortgage Collections & Recoveries or Asset Management, or both? We are looking for individuals who understand the complexity and sensitivity involved in late-stage residential and BTL (Buy-to-Let) mortgage collections and recoveries, and/or distressed asset management repair and recovery.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience managing delinquent and non-performing loans
- Understand the nuances of late-stage collections and recovery strategies
- Can engage and negotiate effectively with customers to reach sustainable resolutions
- Are skilled at reviewing and interpreting third-party reports (e.g., valuations, legal updates, property condition reports)
- Are committed to delivering good outcomes
