We are currently supporting a large UK financial services organisation with a project within their collections function, and we’re looking to speak with experienced Collections Agents who can join at short notice. This is a 6 month contract, please only apply if you are available immediately. 2 days office based required. This is a high-volume contact centre environment, handling both inbound and outbound collections activity with customers in arrears.
