You will: * Deliver One-to-One Therapy: Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to help them overcome emotional and psychological challenges. * Lead Psychological Assessments: Perform in-depth psychological assessments and create tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs. * Facilitate Group Therapy: Use evidence-based practices to run group therapy sessions addressing collective emotional and psychological needs. * Work with Multidisciplinary Teams (MDT): Collaborate with a dedicated MDT, contributing to holistic care plans, case reviews, and care planning. * Contribute to Service Development: Take an active role in shaping the future of the service, introducing innovative therapies and improving service delivery. * Support and Mentor: Provide reflective practice spaces, training, and development for other professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
