Senior Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer – 4+ PQE
Our client is a UK based Law firm with an international reach and as their construction team continues to grow they are now looking to recruit an experienced solicitor in a Senior Associate capacity with excellent non-contentious experience.
As part of the Construction team, the ideal candidate will be expected to have the following skills and experience:
- 4 years + PQE experience in non-contentious work areas
- Excellent knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Commercial awareness with a common sense approach to problem solving and the ability to follow through on ideas for improving service to clients
- The ability to provide and communicate practical, commercial advice in a straightforward manner, assimilating facts quickly and working towards tight timescales
