Senior Associate – Real Estate (London)

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Senior Real Estate Associate to join its top-ranked London team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile and complex real estate transactions in the UK and beyond, advising institutional investors, developers, corporates, and public sector clients.

You’ll be involved in major acquisitions, disposals, development projects, joint ventures, and co-investments across a wide range of asset classes, including offices, retail, hotels, residential, industrial, and large-scale regeneration schemes. The role offers the chance to take ownership of significant matters, draft and negotiate complex documentation, and deliver commercially focused advice at the highest level.

Responsibilities

  • Work on major acquisitions, disposals, development projects, joint ventures, and co-investments across a wide range of asset classes, including offices, retail, hotels, residential, industrial, and large-scale regeneration schemes.
  • Draft and negotiate complex documentation; provide commercially focused advice at the highest level; take ownership of significant matters and lead teams as required.

Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE at a leading law firm; strong experience in corporate real estate; proven track record managing complex deals.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills; ability to lead teams and contribute to business development.
