A leading London-based law firm is seeking a bright and ambitious Real Estate Litigation Associate to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior solicitor (1–2 years PQE) with experience in both commercial and residential property disputes to take the next step in their career.

You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative real estate department that handles a wide range of contentious matters including lease renewals (1954 Act), dilapidations, forfeiture, rights of way, adverse possession, and insolvency-related disputes.

The successful candidate will be client-focused, commercially aware, and confident in managing their own caseload under supervision, while also supporting other practice areas such as corporate and transactional real estate.
