An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience to join a leading international law firm in London. This prestigious firm is highly regarded for its expertise in real estate and finance law, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for career growth.

Role Overview:

You will be joining a highly successful and collaborative team, advising clients on a wide range of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition finance, refinancing, development funding, and structuring complex real estate investments. The role will involve working with major lenders, investors, and developers on high-profile, cross-border deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advising on real estate finance transactions, including secured lending, acquisition finance, and development finance
  2. Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and other related transaction documents
  3. Managing relationships with clients and liaising with various stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
  4. Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives
  5. Collaborating with other departments, including corporate and real estate teams, to deliver integrated legal services

Candidate Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate finance, gained within a top-tier firm or similar environment
