Job Overview
We are working with a Top Tier Firm in planning and are looking to recruit an associate with 2-4 PQE.
The department advises on all aspects of planning law, policy, strategy and risk management, with particular expertise in relation to the negotiation and drafting of complex Section 106 (s106) and Section 278 (s278) agreements, affordable housing, viability, CIL, tall buildings, regeneration (including CPO and appropriation), urban extensions, town centre schemes and waterside projects.
Experience drafting Section 106 and Section 278 agreements is essential.
