Planning Associate – 2-4 PQE
We are are working with a Top Tier Firm in planning and are looking to recruit an associate with 2-4 PQE.
The team have an impressive client following and are the number one choice for the UK’s major residential developers, (such as the Berkeley Group, Redrow, Barratt London, Essential Living, London Square and Peel Holdings), and act on some of the largest and most complex mixed use development projects in the country.
The department advises on all aspects of planning law, policy, strategy and risk management, with particular expertise in relation to the negotiation and drafting of complex s106 and s278 agreements, affordable housing, viability, CIL, tall buildings, regeneration (including CPO and appropriation), urban extensions, town centre schemes and waterside projects.
Experience drafting Section 106 and Section 278 agreements is essential.
