I'm working with a leading global banking practice on a standout opportunity for a Senior Associate in their Infrastructure, Energy and Projects Finance team.
A truly global offering, advising sponsors, lenders, funds, governments and multilaterals on landmark infrastructure and project finance transactions across renewables, power, transport, digital infrastructure and natural resources.
Recent mandates include major offshore wind financings, cross-border interconnector projects, sovereign and DFI-backed emerging market power deals, and landmark UK infrastructure financings.
A Banking lawyer with strong project finance and/or infrastructure finance experience (5-7 PQE, or equivalent).
Strong academics (2.1 or above) with excellent drafting and technical skills.
Hybrid working (up to 40% from home).
