We are instructed by an international law firm that is seeking to strengthen their Leveraged Finance team with the addition of a Leveraged Finance Associate. Applications are sought from England and Wales qualified Leveraged Finance Associates with up to 2 years' PQE gained at a leading international law firm.

They seek candidates that have experience of doing large cap work and well developed drafting and negotiation skills. A strong academic profile is a pre-requisite. They welcome applications from March qualified Associates that have completed a seat in leveraged finance.
