We are instructed by an elite US law firm that is seeking to recruit a leveraged finance lawyer to join its market leading Finance practice in London. Joining a team which has a reputation for excellence, the successful candidate will be exposed to some of the world's largest and most complex financings. Work will include mezzanine capital investments, high-yield debt offerings, syndicated bank loans etc.
We would like to see applications from leveraged finance associates who have up to five years' PQE which must include London based experience. Applicants must have practised at a comparable firm and must have a strong academic background.
