We are instructed by a US firm in London that is seeking to recruit an associate to join its established and growing Funds team. The successful applicant will join a collegiate team which advises on private equity, real estate and fund formation matters.
We would like to see applications from lawyers who meet the following criteria:
- NQ-3 years' PQE
- Admitted in England & Wales, or another common law jurisdiction
- Funds experience from a leading City, International or US firm
