A leading international law firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate–level Corporate Energy Lawyer to join its highly regarded Energy & Infrastructure practice.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of corporate energy matters, including:

• Cross-border M&A
• Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
• Project-level transactions
• Corporate structuring across the energy and infrastructure sectors (renewables and conventional)

This role offers exposure to market-leading transactions, a global client base, and the opportunity to work alongside recognised experts in the field.

About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor (or equivalent common-law jurisdiction)
• 3+ years’ corporate energy experience within a reputable firm
• Strong technical ability and experience handling complex corporate transactions
• Confident working with international clients and multidisciplinary teams
