Job Description
Corporate Lawyer (Private Equity), 1+ PQE – US Firm
We are working with a US firm in London that is seeking to recruit additional lawyers for its Corporate practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded firm which will offer excellent remuneration, incredible work and a genuine commitment to an inclusive working culture.
We would like to see applications from Corporate Lawyers who have private equity experience, ideally with upwards of one years' PQE. Applicants must have a strong academic profile and should have worked for an international or leading City firm.
For this role, we welcome applications from lawyers who have relocated, or are looking to relocate, from foreign jurisdictions (Common Law).
This Private Equity role can be offered on a fixed-term contract (6-12 months) or permanent basis.
