Corporate Associate – 1-3 PQE
We are instructed by a leading US law firm that is looking to grow its London Corporate practice.
This is a permanent, full-time associate role that will offer a highly attractive salary and bonus. We would like to see applications from lawyers who meet the following criteria:
- England & Wales qualified
- 1-3 years experience
- M&A experience (public and private)
- Ideally some private equity experience
