Corporate Lawyer – 4+ PQE

We are instructed by the London office of a US law firm that is seeking to recruit an associate/senior associate for its London Corporate practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing practice, which acts for global clients on both private and public M&A transactions.

We would like to see applications from corporate lawyers who have upwards of four years\’ PQE gained at a firm with a similar profile. Applicants must have London based experience, however, our client is open to considering applications from foreign qualified lawyers.

This role will offer exposure to high quality work within a collegiate firm which has a modest billable hours target.
