A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate Insurance practice in London. This role offers the chance to work on complex and high-value matters across Europe, including public and private M&A, Part VII transfers, cross-border deals, portfolio acquisitions, and specialist transactions such as renewal rights and reinsurance arrangements.
You will also support clients on corporate governance, listed company advisory work, and equity capital markets activity, working closely with major industry players across the life, general insurance, Lloyd’s and InsurTech sectors.
We are looking for an individual with approximately 3–7 years’ post-qualification experience (or equivalent) in corporate insurance law, ideally gained within a top-tier firm. Strong academic credentials (minimum 2:1 degree), outstanding drafting and communication skills, and a proven ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues are essential.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment, demonstrate strong technical capability and commercial awareness, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative team culture.
