Professional Support Lawyer – Construction Law (London or Hybrid)

MAP Legal Recruitment is instructed on behalf of a highly regarded international construction specialist firm who have had substantial growth and as such require a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) / Knowledge Lawyer to join their team in London.

Their market leading team has an extensive portfolio of work and have worked on some of the biggest and most challenging and innovative projects across the globe.

They advise the top 10 global contractors, consultants, employers, operators, investors and their insurers, across a wide range of industry sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Construction Lawyer who is looking to move into a PSL or Knowledge Lawyer role — or an existing PSL seeking a more balanced and fulfilling environment.

The Role:

You’ll play a central role in supporting the firm’s market-leading Construction practice, focusing on knowledge management, legal updates, precedents, and internal training. Working closely with partners and fee-earners, you’ll help ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry and legal developments.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Construction Lawyer (contentious or non-contentious background)
• Prior PSL/Knowledge Lawyer experience is an advantage but not essential
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in knowledge sharing
