Job Title: Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer Location: London (Hybrid Working Available) Firm: Highly Ranked Legal 500 Practice Our clients are consistently ranked in the top tier for Construction and due to continued growth they are now looking to appoint a driven and talented Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate 4+ PQE to join their London office. Drafting and negotiating construction contracts including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke agreements Advising clients on procurement strategies, project risk management and contract structuring Supporting major development and infrastructure projects from inception to completion Working closely with transactional teams across real estate, projects, and finance 4+ PQE with a focus on non-contentious construction ~ Excellent working knowledge of standard form construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) ~ Experience advising on large-scale developments or infrastructure projects ~ A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the construction sector Work on market-leading and cutting-edge construction projects Excellent training, career progression and partnership track Flexible working arrangements and generous benefits Recognition from Legal 500 and Chambers UK for both quality of work and team culture If you\’re ready to take the next step in your construction law career with a standout Legal 500 firm, we’d love to hear from you.
