Job Description
Banking Lawyer – Senior Associate
We are instructed by an international firm that is looking to appoint an additional banking lawyer to join its growing Banking & Finance practice.
The successful applicant will join a Banking team which acts for borrowers and lenders on a broad range of matters. Work will include real estate finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, asset finance and project finance.
We would like to see applications from England & Wales qualified Banking Lawyers who have upwards of four years' PQE, which should have been gained at a leading City/International firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that can offer excellent quality and varied work, as well as a collegiate working environment with modest billable hours targets.
