The role of Bar Manager is to provide key operational contribution to the management team while ensuring that excellent quality and superb service are delivered to all guests.

Service excellence: Oversee the bar day-to-day operations:

  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, preparation and presentation of alcoholic and non‐alcoholic drinks.
  • Manage guests' complaints, queries and feedback towards a positive outcome.
  • Inspire a culture of hospitality, engaging with patrons in the most enjoyable atmosphere.

People focus: Lead and inspire a diverse team:
