Ensure all advice and case management aligns with current UK employment legislation and internal policies.
  • HR Operations & Processes: Oversee and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience. Prepare and review employment-related documentation, including contractual changes, outcome letters, and formal correspondence. Collaborate with the People Administrator and wider team to ensure efficient and accurate HR administration. Support payroll processes and monthly data changes where required.
  • Policy, Compliance & Best Practice: Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data protection standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, proactively sharing insights with stakeholders and the People Team.
  • Learning, Development & Culture: Support and deliver training for managers on key HR topics (e.g., managing performance, absence, and employee relations processes). Support managers in promoting a positive employee experience and contribute to engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Project Work: Contribute to People Team projects, such as process improvements, systems enhancements, DE&I initiatives, and organisational change programmes. Take ownership of key workstreams within broader change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
