About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Lead to join our fast-paced, collaborative marketing team.
This role will own two key acquisition channels, Refer a Friend and Affiliate Marketing . You’ll also support the planning and delivery of ATL brand campaigns across channels like TV, YouTube, and podcast sponsorships. You\’ll be the engine behind campaign delivery, working across internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns land on time, on brand, and with maximum impact.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s confident managing stakeholders, experienced in coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and brings creative energy and attention to detail in equal measure.
Your responsibilities:
Referral Marketing
- Lead the Refer a Friend acquisition strategy to drive new sales volume, taking into account the offer, messaging and comms strategy
- Work with internal teams (CRM, Creative, Product) to plan and brief campaign assets and comms
- Use data and insight to optimise referral performance, test new promotional mechanics, and improve user journeys
- Coordinate with external partners and tools to manage ongoing referral campaigns
Affiliate Marketing
- Own the Affiliate marketing program. Responsible for commission amounts, set upoffers, manage publisher relationship & monitor results
- Monitor performance and work with the agency to optimise creative, messaging, and placements
- Look to grow the ManyPets affiliate program, sourcing suitable affiliates to drive the platform
ATL Campaign Support
- Support the planning and delivery of Above-The-Line campaigns, including TV, YouTube, display, and podcast sponsorships
- Help manage timelines, campaign assets, and internal approvals across stakeholders
- Liaise with media agencies and internal brand teams to ensure campaigns align with acquisition goals and deliver brand impact
NOTE – Experience across all three areas is not essential, we’d love to hear from you if you lead one of the above areas but are keen to broaden your marketing experience.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who’s not only organised and proactive, but who brings a creative eye and strong communication skills to everything they do. You should be confident juggling multiple projects and managing internal and external partners to get things done.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are highly organised, structured, and comfortable managing timelines and delivery
- Have strong stakeholder management skills, both internally (CRM, Design, Product, Content) and externally (agencies, platforms)
- Can brief and collaborate with creative and CRM teams effectively — clarity and attention to detail are key
- Have a creative flair, and enjoy crafting or shaping campaign messaging and creative concepts
- Are data-aware — comfortable interpreting performance data to help inform next steps

- Referral marketing platformse.g. Mention Me, Ambassador, BuyaPowa, Referral factory
- Affiliate marketing platforms, especially Partnerize
- CRM Experience, especially Customer.IO

Salary range:
£43,000 — £45,000 GBP
Ways of working
On a typical day you’ll be working from a laptop with a screen, mouse, keyboard, and headset. You’ll be meeting your colleagues on Zoom and keeping in touch regularly via email and Slack too – we’d expect you to be using your computer for around seven hours a day. We’d ask that you have a distraction-free work area and a reliable internet connection with a speed of 25Mbps so you can work effectively. We’ll make sure you have the right home set-up that supports you in the role by providing best-in-class technology, money towards a desk, and vision support.
