About the Role
Are you a visionary clinical leader ready to shape the future of health and social care on the Isle of Man? Manx Care is seeking an exceptional Interim Executive Medical Director to join its Executive Leadership Team and Board. As a pioneering, independent organisation operating at arms length from the Isle of Man Government, Manx Care delivers a comprehensive range of health and statutory social care services to the Islands population.
Responsibilities
As Interim Executive Medical Director, you will provide inspirational leadership to our medical workforce while playing a pivotal role in the strategic transformation of health and care services across the Island. Working closely with executive colleagues, the Board and clinical leaders, you will help shape a vision for integrated care, champion innovation and continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
We are interested in hearing from progressive and forward-thinking senior medical leaders with significant experience gained in provider, system or national healthcare settings. Credible, collaborative and politically astute, you should have the ability to build trusted relationships across complex organisations and inspire others through periods of change and transformation.
