Could you provide dynamic, strategic nursing leadership across Integrated Women, Children and Families Services? As Senior Matron, you will play a key role in shaping high-quality, patient-centred care, working closely with senior clinical and operational leaders, to ensure that safe, responsive services are consistently delivered.

Main duties of the job:

  • This role leads the development of nursing practice, advances new roles, and supports the delivery of the Clinical Care Strategy.
  • You will oversee standards of care, drive quality improvement, support workforce planning, and ensure safer staffing compliance.
  • Acting as a visible clinical leader, you'll mentor and coach nursing teams, contribute to policy development and work clinically for a minimum of 15 hours each month as part of ongoing Back to the Floor leadership.
