Senior Medicines Management Pharmacist in Lanark

Main duties of the job: Based within primary and community care, our team work closely with the Frailty Team, GP surgeries, care homes, community mental health, learning disability services and the prison service, making a real difference across a variety of healthcare settings. With duties including clinical medication reviews, production of a Manx Care formulary and shared care for patients, there are roles/hours available in a variety of settings as you choose. There are also roles available in the production of Patient Group Directions, cost savings initiatives and prescribing policies for Manx Care.

Qualifications: Essential Professional knowledge acquired through a masters degree in pharmacy. Pre-registration training to become a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Registered as a Practising Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). A post-graduate clinical diploma (PG Dip) or relevant clinical experience.
