Person Specification:
- Registered Mental Health Nurses: Registered Nurse qualification in Mental Health, Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Occupational Therapists: BSc or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, Registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Social Workers: Social Work qualification (CQSW, DIPSW, Degree), Approved Social Worker status under the Isle of Man Mental Health Act 1998 or the capability and willingness to undertake training to gain this qualification within a 3-year specified period, or if employed from other jurisdiction Approval under other jurisdictions requirements and portfolio evidence to support this, Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check: This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
