The Digital Transformation team is seeking a Senior Advisor based in Coventry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understanding client problems and supporting their resolution through digital solutions.
- Identifying appropriate digital technologies.
- Using assessment tools to evaluate digital systems\’ maturity.
- Facilitating workshops to identify digital opportunities for strategic growth.
- Evaluating and defining work packages with clear value propositions.
- Planning for information system selection.
- Developing pilot programmes for digital projects.
- Leading project work programmes and managing junior team members.
- Developing roadmaps to enhance client capabilities.
Additional responsibilities include reporting to the Digital Transformation team leader and performing technical and administrative roles to ensure effective delivery of MTC’s business.

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to guide stakeholders in deploying digital technology for industrial projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking for applying digital solutions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems such as ERP, MRP, MES, and PLM, and their integration.
- Understanding of IT and OT system architectures.
- Familiarity with data requirements for manufacturing and business operations.
Desirable knowledge includes manufacturing operational efficiency methods, business process re-engineering, and change management.
