We’re looking for a Project Manager demographics to lead and deliver multiple projects within the defence sector. You’ll work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the successful delivery of a number of complex projects across various MTC technology themes for major MTC clients.
- Capture and translate customer requirements into actionable project plans.
- Liaise with resource owners / team leaders to ensure effective use of resources in delivering project quality, cost & delivery within project scope.
- Define, measure and report regular updates of project performance to the client, senior minstens d&еме stakeholder.
- Act as champion for project management processes, tools & techniques and contribute to continuous improvement activities.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Project Manager who can demonstrate experience of delivering complex projects in an engineering or professional компетенс environment.
You’ll also
- Have strong knowledge of project management processes and tools (APM competencies, PMP, PMO).
- Be skillels in MS Office and MS Project.
- Have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be analytical都有results-driven, and calm under pressure.
Desirable
- Current or previous UK security clearance.
- APM qualification (or willingness to achieve).
- Experience with NEC4 ECC contract environment.
- Commercial awareness and financial management skills.
