Are you a driven Programme Manager with a passion for delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams? The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of cutting‑edge projects within our Component Manufacturing Technology (CMT) group. This is a high‑impact role where you will oversee programme performance, optimise resource allocation, and deliver results across multiple technology themes and customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver multiple large and complex programmes across varied technology areas
- Manage project managers and coordinators to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards
- Take ownership of programme and portfolio performance, including delivery KPIs and financial targets
- Ensure customer and stakeholder requirements are clearly defined and achieved
- Identify and mitigate risks while proactively solving problems
- Report on performance and progress to senior stakeholders
- Support revenue planning and resource allocation across the portfolio
What We’re Looking For
- Proven programme/project leadership in engineering or professional services environments
- Strong people leadership with the ability to influence and deliver through others
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels, including senior leadership
- Highly organised, results‑driven mindset with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude

- Experience using tools such as MS Project and Excel
