The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive LMS Administrator to manage and maintain our online learning platform, Accipio. This part-time contracted role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in digital learning systems.

Key Responsibilities

Course Management:Add and update course dates, descriptions, and related content on the Accipio LMS.

Ensure all course bookings are accurately recorded and reconciled with internal records.

Monitor course availability and flag capacity issues or scheduling conflicts.

System Maintenance:Make necessary changes to course structures, user permissions, and learning paths.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure content is current and aligned with learning objectives.

Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems to the Accipio support team when needed.

Reporting & Quality Assurance:Generate reports on course enrolments, completions, and user engagement.

Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

Skills & Experience

Prior experience administering an LMS (Accipio experience preferred but not essential).

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
