The HR Recruitment Team is looking for a skilled Early Careers Partner to join their team, based in Coventry.

The role of Early Careers Partner will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for leading the Early Careers programme for the MTC and implementing the Early Careers strategy in line with future business goals.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead the implementation of the Early Careers strategy, working closely with senior management to ensure the right talent pipelines are in place for future success.
  2. Manage end-to-end processes for annual programmes, including attraction, recruitment, and development of graduates, year in industry, and apprentices.
  3. Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure the successful implementation of the programme and provide upskilling and support.
  4. Develop the Employer Branding of Early Careers, fostering engagement and connections with our University partners.
  5. Analyse and report on programme performance, using data and evidence to drive improvement.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends, continuously looking for ways to enhance delivery, efficiency, and employee experience.
  7. Advise key stakeholders on people-related topics related to the Early Careers population.

Person Specification

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  1. Previous experience managing and developing successful early careers programmes, including end-to-end management from Talent Acquisition to programme delivery.
  2. Ability to understand and utilise HR systems.
  3. A continuous improvement ethos with the drive and ambition in pursuit of the best Early Careers Talent.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  1. CIPD or equivalent qualification or working towards would be beneficial.
