The Opportunity
As a Technical Specialist, you’ll be the technical authority across key projects – leading from the front, ensuring excellence in delivery, and driving innovation across the team.

What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 10+ years’ experience in mechanical/manufacturing engineering
- Strong background in electro‑mechanical system design & testing
- Expertise in automation, machines, and system integration
- Proven track record leading large or multiple complex projects
- Advanced knowledge of engineering standards (BS8888, GD&T, etc.)
- A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset and ability to deliver end‑to‑end projects
Desirable
- Automation safety standards (ISO 12100, ISO 13849, etc.)
- Industry 4.0 / 5.0 awareness
- PLC or programming experience (C++, Python, IEC 61131)
- Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or vision systems knowledge
