Manufacturing Technology Centre in Ansty (near Coventry) is seeking an Operations Leader for Metrology. You will lead a Metrology Lab of 5–10 staff, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery of inspection results across disciplines such as CMM, structured light, XCT and laser-based measurement.
You will drive continuous improvement, mentor engineers, and work with workshop and project teams to plan workload, optimise equipment use, and uphold high standards of technical excellence.
