We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our ERP system (Epicor) and continuously improve how it supports our manufacturing operations. This role is focused on making the ERP system work better for the business — improving processes, data quality, and visibility across production, planning, and operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and develop the Epicor ERP system (configuration, data, processes, improvements)
  • Work with production, planning, and finance to identify inefficiencies and fix them
  • Build and maintain SQL queries, BAQs, and datasets to support business needs
  • Improve data quality, structure, and consistency across the ERP system
  • Develop integrations between Epicor and other systems (APIs, connectors)
  • Create dashboards (Power BI) and reports that drive operational decisions
  • Deliver automation using Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate) where it adds value
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the factory (WIP flow, bottlenecks, planning)

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with an ERP system in a manufacturing environment (Epicor ideally but not essential)
  • Strong SQL and data understanding
  • Ability to understand business processes and improve them through systems
  • Comfortable working directly with users across the business (shopfloor to management)
  • Practical, problem‑solving mindset — not just technical delivery

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic Crystal/SSRS/BoldReports Reporting
  • Power Platform (Apps / Automate)
  • Exposure to manufacturing data (WIP, MRP, MES, IoT)

Why this role matters:

You will be responsible for improving how our ERP system supports the business — helping us reduce bottlenecks, improve planning, and make better decisions using accurate data.
