Renowned gear & gearbox manufacturing company serving Medical, Aerospace & many other high profile industries. A family owned business with the first generation having started the business in 1920.

Due to growth & an ever increasing order book we have a vacancy are looking for a keen individual to complement are assembly team.

The successful candidate must be mechanically mined, highly motivated & be able to deliver consistent quality within the scheduled time.

Mechanical and a small amount of eletro-mechanical assembly.
Experience of some soldering useful but not essential.
Assembly of precision engineered components, eg. circlip bearing assemblies.

You should have experience in assembling small mechanical & electro mechanical assemblies, have the ability to work alone or part of an industrious team as required.

Hours: Full time 39hrs p/wk. Mon-Thur 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm

Job description:

Assembly of small mechanical & electro mechanical assemblies

Can read assembly drawings & BOMs.

Follow work build & test instructions

Self-motivated & tidy

Has good attention to detail

Good time management

Can work independently or as part of a team
